This is a conceptual branding project for the Moonlight Towers located in Austin, TX. More often referred to as "Moon Towers," the Towers are historical landmarks of a once widely used lighting system. In order to create an identity, I designed a logo, posters, and filmed a brand video.
The brand direction draws inspiration from the Art Nouveau era during the 1890s-1910s, the time in which the towers were installed. The logo design plays on the towers’ tall, narrow structure to underscore its shape and stature. It is flourished with thin lines to reflect the towers’ geometry without being obstructive and busy.
